1988 $5 Coin New Parliament House

This is a Royal Australian Mint issue $5 coin celebrating the opening of the new parliament house in 1988, the coin is uncirculated and comes in a display case.

1988 1991 and 1992 50 Cent

Uncirculated cased 1988 1991 and 1992 50 cent pieces, commemorating the introduction of decimal currency, XII Commonwealth Games Brisbane and Australia’s Bicentennial.

To help raise awareness of water quality issues the Royal Australian Mint and Landcare have combined to produce this coin. A unique feature is the small ‘S’ which can be found on the reverse side.  Only coins minted on the public coining press at the 1993 Royal Easter Show in Sydney carry this mark.  The Continue Reading
